This beautiful bedroom has a single bed, a closet (not yet in the photos) and a comfortable armchair.
It's very nicely decorated and although it's a small room it is very comfortable and pleasant. There is a small window that gives a lot of light and overlooks the internal side of the building. There is a fan and heating.
In the private kitchen just next to the room you can seat comfortably to eat or to study.
You access the room through a separate entrance, which gives the guest area a lot of privacy and quietness.
Location: Av. Callao, between Guido and Vicente Lopez Streets, only 2 blocks from the Recoleta Cemetery and 6 from the famous 9 de julio Avenue.
It's a recycled apartment in a rationalist style building. It's very spacious and bright with high ceilings. The living room and dining room are very nice and comfortable, with a sofa and armchairs, a TV and a large table. There is an art atelier where the hostess works, where you can join the art classes, an ideal option if you would like to learn at home!
The guest area is inside the apartment but is totally independent which allows total privacy: a separated entrance, the bedroom, the kitchenette and the bathroom, only for you.
The private kitchenette has a table with two chairs, a fridge, an electric oven, a cooktop, cupboard and kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.
The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, W.C. and sink.

Recoleta is one of the city of Buenos Aires' most culturally and historically important neighborhoods, and for this reason many visitors choose to rent rooms in Recoleta. Here you can visit: the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (National Fine Arts Museum); the Museo Prohibido no Tocar (the "Not Touching is Prohibited" Museum); Plaza Francia with its weekend crafts fair; the Cementerio de Recoleta (Recoleta Cemetery), where Evita's famous tomb is located; the Iglesia del Pilar (del Pilar Church), which is the second-oldest in the city; and the Café La Biela, among other attractions.
The best thing about renting a room in Recoleta is that it's near the UBA's Colleges and several other well-known institutes where you can take a course, such as a Spanish course. If you enjoy living in a sophisticated and elegant neighborhood, choose Recoleta, which stands out because of its historical European architecture, and some of the rooms for rent even have these features, like this one. At night the movement is concentrated in front of the Recoleta Cemetery and Buenos Aires Design where there are lots of restaurants and pubs.
We want you to have the best experience possible, which is why we check each and every room and assure you that they look EXACTLY like they do in the pictures. If you arrive and within 24 hours notice that something does not match the pictures or descriptions that you saw and you no longer wish to stay in the room, don t worry! Just let us know and we will refund your booking payment in full. Super easy and risk-free.
