The room

This huge and charming bedroom has a single bed, a desk with a chair and a lamp to study or work, a closet and a furniture with shelves and a nice mirror.

It has a big window that brings plenty of natural light during the day and faces into the building´s interior. It´s a very quiet and silence room. It also has heating and a fun for the summer.

The bathroom is next to the room and is shared with three people, it has sink, WC, shower and a bathtub.

The apartment

Location: Cabildo Av. between Maure and Jorge Newbery Street, two blocks away from the subway.

This particular antique apartment has several bedrooms and a nice distribution hall. It has parquet floor. It´s a nice and bright apartment. The building is very quiet and has few apartments.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an industrial oven, fridge, microwave, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.

The bathroom is shared and has WC, sink, shower and a bathtub.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Rent also includes full use of the home's facilities:

• The kitchen, where you'll have a separate place in the fridge and kitchen cupboard for your food.
