The area is packed with bars and restaurants. It's one of the oldest neighbourhoods of the city and it's filled with history.
A few blocks away from the house, you'll find Puerto Madero neighbourhood, a very modern spot with tall buildings and full of green areas.

This house has 7 rooms for rent. It's managged by Francisco and his ex wife, They live steps away from the house and are constantly cheking in to make sure everything is in order. They adore receiving people. They have rented their rooms for over 20 years.
Francisco is an actor and the principal of a spanish school for foreigners. He considers himself a very good host and a very nice and solidary person. He loves plants, the movies and theater.
