The room is in a first floor and it´s for one person. It has a one and a half berth bed with a very comfortable new high density mattress. Next to the bed there is a night table, a desk with a chair for you to organize your things, a single body sofa with a coffee table and a big closet so you can keep whatever you need. The bed has drawers underneath for extra storage space.
The big window in the room has a view of the house´s inner patio to give it light and ventilation.
The decoration is simple and modern. It will make you feel like home.

In the house there are two bathrooms of common use, compartmentalized, both equipped with showers. One is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, where the room is located.

It's close to shops, healthcare centers, universities (UBA-medicine, social and law, UP and San Andrés) and it's only 10 minutes away from one of the most famous malls of the city, the Alto Palermo Shopping.
Two blocks away from Santa Fé Avenue and two block away from Córdoba Avenue. There are bike lanes in the zone.
The neighborhood is complete: supermarkets, fruits and vegetables stores, bakeries and just a few meters from the house there is a bike shop.

La casa tiene una estética moderna y es muy funcional. Prácticamente no se escuchan los ruidos de la calle, sólo los que se generan dentro de la casa, y a veces al ser varias personas conviviendo en los espacios comunes se escuchaba. Estos espacios comunes son amplios y posee ventilación. La casa no recibe luz solar directa y a veces se conserva el frÃÂo, pero mi habitación disponÃÂa de aire frÃÂo- calor y con eso se calentaba el ambiente. Es de destacar que la casa está equipada FULL, utensilios de cocina, living, enchufes, servicio de toallas, sábanas. Muy completa.
Creo que lo más complejo de la casa fue coordinar normas de convivencia con mis compañeras, pero lo pudimos resolver sobre la marcha. Al ser un espacio grande es necesario predefinir las normas de convivencia.
Comment of your host: Majo es un encanto de mujer y anfitriona. Muy atenta a las necesidades de las huéspedes, detallista y amable. Cabe destacar que no es invasiva, ya que una puede moverse con total libertad en la casa sin dar explicaciones. La verdad que para ser mi primera experiencia de vivienda en bs as me llevo una experiencia muy cálida. Buenos Aires puede ser una ciudad que te devora, pero después conoces gente como Majo y te invita a relajarte y fluir.

In this house lives María José, a 47 year old lawyer and mother of 2 teenagers. She enjoys ridding bikes, singing and cooking. She defines herself as a curious, sociable and hospitable person. Decorating is her hobbie and she believes that interacting with ohers is a very enriching experience. She shares this house with her son Felipe, a 20 year old university student and her daughter Amparo, a 16 year old highschool student. María José's husband Daniel, a 63 year old engineer also lives in the house.
The space in the house where they live is entirely separated from the rental space so both the owners and the guests can have privacy and be comfortable.
María José tells us: "When I bought the house it was in a very bad shape but I saw it's potential and I believe I wasn't wrong!"
