The apartment is located in an a very central area of Palermo, well connected, full of supermarkets, restaurants and all kind of services. It´s very close to Santa Fe Avenue, one of the main North-South axis of the city, with a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas and bookstores. It is located only minutes away by subway, or just steps away from the main tourist and commercial centers: Alto Palermo Shopping, Botanic Park, Recoleta and Palermo Soho neighborhood. Palermo Soho is the most bohemian section of the Palermo neighborhood. Located around Plaza Cortázar, the neighborhood is similar to New York's Soho because of its independent design scene and its cuisine.
Also it offers easy access to banks, restaurants and recreational areas. It is a privileged area in Buenos Aires, as well as one of the most sought-after neighborhoods with easy access to the Centre and to other neighborhoods.
