This comfortable private room has a single bed, a light table, a comfortable closet and a small desk space.

It also has a fan for hot and hot days to spend the winter.

There is a window that gives natural light and gives the balcony where you can see the plants.

The apartment

Location: Hidalgo between Felipe Vallese y Aranguren, in Caballito neighborhood.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a lovely living room, which has a piano and is the place where Gustavo works.

A equipped kitchen is at your disposal.

The kitchen can be used to heat something in the oven: there is also a jug for making tea, or coffee, an electric toaster, and a Teflon pan to heat something quickly.

There is only one restriction: you can´t prepared elaborated meals.

The shared bathroom has shower with bathtub, W.C and sink and it's shared with the host.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, and internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Rent also includes use of the home's facilities:

• The kitchen, only to heat food in the oven.
• Wi Fi Internet.
• Heating.

Important: the living room is not for common use since Gustavo works there

In his own words: I live in Caballito area, geographical center of the Capital. 6 blocks from Av Acoyte and Rivadavia, shopping center. There are all kinds of businesses, gyms, supermarkets, remains, pizzerias, cafes, etc. Near Rivadavia Park and Parque Centenario. Also from Durand Hospital. Subway line A 6 blocks. Collectives for all areas of the city. A bicycle station in front of my home. The area is safe. At the same time, it retains its identity of Buenos Aires neighborhood.

Caballito is a neighborhood located in the geographic center of the City of Buenos Aires.
