The room

This comfortable room has two single beds, a large closet, and an ideal desk for work or study.   It also has an air conditioning for hot days and heating to spend the winter.  There is a window that gives a lot of natural light on a tree-lined street. 

The room is very bright with a large window that overlooks a very quiet street. A large tree gives shade and a pleasant green to the window.

The apartment

Location: Jorge Newbery between Fraga y Rosetti, in a beautiful neighborhood in Chacarita.

There is a charming living room with many sofas, a TV, and a Dinning table.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, containing an oven, a stove top, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and all kitchen utensils.

The shared bathroom has shower, W.C and sink and it's shared with the host.

Also you can use a small beautiful toilette.

Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).

Rent also includes full use of the home's facilities:

• The kitchen, where you'll have a separate place in the fridge and kitchen cupboard for your food.

Located on a 1^st floor with access by stairs. Quiet environment with few neighbors. Old construction, with modernized kitchen and integrated into the common living room space.

The house is an apartment of the 50s, with high ceilings, large windows and all very bright environments. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated and the whole house is set with many colors in an eclectic style. The living room has a semi integrated kitchen. It is a cozy and comfortable space, in a very quiet environment.

In her own words: the neighborhood of Chacarita is in a moment of expansion in terms of gastronomic offer, however, it is still mostly residential, very quiet at night and on weekends. It is a little more active during the weekdays, although in the blocks in which my house is located, the traffic is not critical, so the movement does not bother. There is a large park just three blocks away and we are very close to various public transportation options. There are eco-bike stations near the house and some bicisendas as well as different dining options for food and coffee.

Residential with some new gastronomic ventures. It is quiet but very close to the urban transport hub (Av-Corrientes, Av. Fco Lacroze, Av. Córdoba, Av. Dorrego, Av. Alvarez Thomas)

Chacarita is a quiet place with lots of trees, antique houses, and some new buildings. It has many traditional "casonas" and "departamentos pasillos". It's very well connected, you can find train station Federico Lacroze, Subway Station line B Dorrego, and many bus lines around. Chacarita is becoming the new Palermo, with a lot of excellent designers shops -clothing and decoration-, new cafés, organic restaurants, etc.
