The house is a beautiful two story townhouse in Caballito neighbourhood.

Only 4 blocks away from one of the nicest and biggest parks of the city, Parque Centenario. It's a 30 acres park with an artificial lake and lots of trees.

The zone is very secure, very well lit and people pass by at all hours.
The house is very near to the Maimonides University and several hospitals like Durand Hospital and The Naval Hospital.

In this house lives Horacio with his wife, Marisa. He's a public accountant and she has a degree in chemical sciences. They started renting their rooms a very long time ago.
Horacio and Marisa live on the first floor of the house while the rental rooms are on the second floor. They do not share the common spaces with their guests but they are in constant contact with them.
