The room

This cozy private room is furnished with a single bed, very big closets to put your clothes, a light table and a window that brings natural light inside the room.

It has heating for the cold days & nights and a fan for the summer.

Next to the room there is a small bathroom with WC, sink and a shower, that you share if there is another guest in the house. (You can also share with the hostess the other bathroom).

The apartement is 3 blocks away from the famous Chacarita Cementery, in a very quiet and friendly area, located at the limit with Palermo Hollywood, Colegiales and Villa Crespo neighborhoods. 

Chacarita is a quiet place with lots of trees, antique houses, and some new buildings. It has many traditional "casonas" and "departamentos pasillos". It's very well connected, you can find train station Federico Lacroze, Subway Station line B Dorrego, and many bus lines around. Chacarita is becoming the new Palermo, with a lot of excellent designers shops -clothing and decoration-, new cafés, organic restaurants, etc.
