The apartment it´s only a few blocks away from the subway station and it has rapid access to the main avenues such as: Corrientes, Córdoba, Scalabrini Ortiz y Angel Gallardo, and only 5 blocks away from Palermo Soho.

Villa Crespo is a traditional neighborhood, that has become very trendy. It is composed by low houses, textiles factories and small shops. Inhabitants of Villa Crespo are mostly from the Jewish, Arabic and Armenian communities.
Recently, the neighborhood faced an extreme makeover, with the extension of Palermo influence. Therefore, the price of properties raised and families started to share their traditional streets with boutique hotels, fancy restaurants and designers’ shops.
