It has a fan for the summer & heating for the cold days & nights.

There is a window that overlooks the lung of the building.

Few steps away from the room you can find a shared bathroom.

Also two blocks away from the apartment the Buenos Aires Public Library is located.

Plus it´s also two blocks away from Las Heras Avenue, wich goes through the nieghbourhoods of Palermo and Recoleta.

Also it´s two blocks away from the Village Mall, that has cinemas and food court.

Facing the cementary there´s Plaza Francia. An important park that host every weekend a famous street fair. 

There you can also find Buenos Aires Design, commercial center dedicated exclusively to décor and design. Home as well of the Hard Rock Café.

The nieghbourhood also has plenty of cultural spaces such as: Centro Cultural Recoleta,Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, National Library, Palais de Glas, among others.
