Private Bathrooms. Many of our rooms have private bathrooms ensuite (inside the actual room) and others have a bathroom outside of the room exclusively for the use of our guests.
Spare Rooms Buenos Aires Tip: A private bathroom is a good option if you want complete privacy. |

Spanish. If you are coming to Buenos Aires to learn or improve your Spanish it is probably best not to live with other foreigners.
Spare Rooms Buenos Aires Tip: Immersion is the best way to improve your Spanish; Daily life with native Spanish speakers will force you to listen to and speak Spanish every day. |

Beds. Most spare rooms have single beds, finding a room with a double bed is difficult in Buenos Aires. Keep this in mind if you are looking for a room with a double bed. |

Air Conditioning. Most of the rooms we rent do not include air conditioning. |
Internet. Wi-Fi internet connections can be found in more and more houses every day. |

Public Transport. While searching for a room, make sure that there is easy access to the public transport (Subway, Bus or Train) you will be using daily. |

No Smoking. In the majority of the apartments we work with, smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony, terrace or patio. |
