There is a sunny living room with a sofa, a Cable TV, and a with DVD player, and a coffe table.
In the dining room you can see a table with its six chairs. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, containing an oven, a stove top, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and all kitchen utensils.
The shared bathroom has shower, bath, W.C and sink. And it’s share with only 1 person.
Rent includes all bills and expenses (gas, electricity, building fees, water, internet access, change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning service).
Rent also includes full use of the home's facilities:

Colegiales is special because it is one of the neighborhoods with the highest quality of life in the City of Buenos Aires. Bounded on the north with Belgrano, on the east with Palermo, on the south with Chacarita and on the west with Villa Ortúzar.
Is a residential area with great access and public transport.
The neighbourhood is well known due to the famous argentine cartoonist, Quino, who chose this "barrio" as the set of "Mafalda". Nowadays between Conde street and Concepción Arenal street there´s a plaza called "Mafalda" in his honor.
