Las Ca�¿�iitas neighborhood was always a particularly peaceful neighborhood due to the fact that it is closed in by diagonal streets (Luis Mar�¿�a Campos) and because it is adjacent to the Club de Polo de Palermo (Palermo Polo Club); however, this changed beginning in the mid-1990s, when many restaurants, pubs and nightclubs opened in the area.

During the day the area is very quiet with very little traffic because of the layout of the neighborhood�¿�s streets. At night it takes on a completely different feel because of the number of pubs, restaurants and nightclubs that have appeared in the area in recent years. It is a neighborhood with very good public transport connections, given that more than eight bus lines pass through Luis Mar�¿�a Campos Avenue and nearby there is the Ministro Carranza subway station (Line D).
